Attention all current Medicare patients:
It’s Medicare open enrollment time until December 7th. If you are a current Medicare patient at PW and you have a “Medicare Advantage Plan” please click on the below link and make sure your advantage plan is one of which we’ll be accepting beginning January 1, 2025. If you don’t see your plan on the list you will not be able to be seen here at PW in 2025. In order to continue with your current provider you will need to change to one of the plans on the list. You can do so by reaching out to your insurance broker. Please note that we will not be accepting Brand New Day beginning January 1, 2025.

And now, a visit to your primary care physician means that you can complete additional lab work or X-ray services without leaving the building. In addition, our Urgent Care services are available seven days a week.
